Sales manager at Xerox from 1986 to 1990, Xavier took quickly the opportunity to develop his own concession and launched Agecom in the city of Boulogne Billancourt in 1991. Then, in 1996, he expanded his area over the department to become Platinum Partner in 2014. Charismatic and passionate, Xavier knows not only how to find talent but also how to keep them!

When he finds time, Xavier loves crusing around the Méditerranée, not far from Corse and walking through the land with friends, during some great hunting sessions.
