First let may say – What an event! Bringing together elite Xerox channel partners from the US and Western Europe into beautiful Miami for the Xerox Partnering for Excellence summit was truly energizing.
There were exciting discussions around how we could work together to leverage our mutual strengths and grow our share of the $40B SMB market in the US and Western Europe.
We had productive conversations around our solutions and apps that help drive equipment sales revenue growth, and of course, we highlighted our Managed Print Services tools, which increase our channel partners’ ability to generate new sources of revenue.
We finished the first day with an inspiring session by Sophie Vandebroek who shared news and insights from the Xerox Innovation Group – showcasing the investments we are making in future innovation.
Overall, the message to channel partners everywhere is that the market opportunity is huge, and here at Xerox, we are committed to being your partner of choice and drive our mutual success.
By mixing European Partners with US Partners we created powerful moments, as together, we realized that despite the surface differences, we are all business people with similar goals and challenges, all of us looking to drive growth, and wanting to share and help each other succeed.
This desire to help manifested itself in best practice sharing sessions around Managed Print Services and Production, as well as business topics such as Human Resources, Marketing and Sales Management. It was inspiring to see how these elite channel partners overcame business challenges and shared their ‘secrets to success’ with one another.

I’ve covered some of the key takeaways here. But most of all, I want to thank every one of our elite channel partners who took the time out of their busy schedules to travel to Miami, share their best practice stories and be so generous with their time, their insights and their support of Xerox.
