Like the pilot of an aircraft, we know that we have the support of a group on a daily basis but when taking a crucial decision, it is difficult not to doubt, especially when we know that this decision will have an impact on the entire company. Therefore, the Xerox Partnering for Excellence Summit is important for me and for all my teams. Whilst there, I expect to:
- Gain feedback from other concessionaires, like us. Learn from their successes and their failures too.
- Better understand the evolution of the market and the expectations of customers.
- Optimize our communication actions including what others did.
We are at the beginning of a new adventure, the web and social networks have profoundly modified our commercial approach. This is more than just opening the door, but also to find good contacts, send them the right messages and analyse effectively the returns on the actions that we have undertaken. So, for me, sharing with our counterparts is essential to enable us all to grow.
I’m very excited about these new challenges and I look forward to hearing and sharing with others on all these subjects whilst we are together in Miami.

The social media wall will capture a selection of the content being shared.
The @XeroxEvents Twitter handle will be the main Twitter account to follow, using the hashtag #XeroxPFE, but if you just want to follow the Twitter handles of the attendees use the Xerox PFE Attendee Twitter list.
We’ll be creating a dedicated Facebook photo album and regular posts of memorable moments on the Xerox Channel Partners Facebook page also using #XeroxPFE
